Motorcade Cars have over 30 years experience in the U.K. second hand car market, supplying one owner, ex lease cars to the public at very reasonable prices. We have now formed "Motorcade cars SL" a Spanish Company which does exactly the same concept in Spain.
The buying and selling of second hand cars in Spain is far more difficult than the U.K. and can be an absolute expensive nightmare if you do not know what you are doing and what is required for the transfer to be done correctly ( cars can have traffic fines, loans and embargos all outstanding ) Firstly you have to be a "professional" and be V.A.T (I.V.A) registered & licensed to be able to buy and sell cars from the leading banks & lease companies. These vehicles have had one private ( particular ) driver from new and are maintained by the lease company regardless of cost to manufacturer's specification. We do not buy or sell ex daily rental cars.

No Transfer tax to pay
  Our sale price includes transfer fees and taxes. In Andalusia, private car transactions incur a 4% to 8% transfer tax on the value of the car.

This is not negotiable on mileage or condition as each car has a recommended value in the Gestor's valuation book.

Being an S.L Company we are EXEMPT from this tax, therefore the price advertised is the final price that you pay.

Paperwork you will need
  Our vehicles come to us ready for immediate resale. Once we have the following documents the customer is given a JUSTIFICANTE (cover note) from the Gestoria which proves the transfer is in process, you will require-
1, COPY OF PASSPORT
2, COPY OF N.I.E. CERTIFICATE
3. AND ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:-
Either A, COPY OF EMPADRONAMIENTO (dated within the last 3 months)
OR B, COPY OF RENTAL AGREEMENT
OR C, COPY OF ESCRITURA (property deeds)
